A spacious room which seats eight comfortably. We believe that you should share the table with the other guests so you get to know each other over a full breakfast of the best Sussex has to offer.

For the comfort of ourselves and our guests, this is a non-smoking establishment. We take pride in offering exemplary hospitality to all our guests, many of whom return bringing friends with them to enjoy the country hospitality we offer in this beautiful and peaceful rural location.

WE DO NOT SERVE LUNCH OR SUPPER, BUT.....

At Bo-peep we don’t serve evening meals because we have such a wealth of good eating places within a very short distance.  The renowned Rose Cottage Inn pub/restaurant is within walking distance, while the Cricketers Inn and The Ram Inn, both excellent eateries are just along the road, with the Barley Mow  just at the end of the lane. 

For the more formal meal we would suggest Silletts Cottage at neighbouring Selmeston , or Crossways

 at Wilmington are both to be recommended, but it is essential that you book for either.
